We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant (PA) to join our team in Oldham (OL8) on a 15 month fixed term contract.
You will enjoy this role if you are someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, thrives on owning and managing multiple tasks/projects and has the ability to work for a number of different Directors. You will need to be structured, diligent and able to work autonomously.
The role is diverse and we need someone who is able to come into the business and manage the following responsibilities;
Managing Director;
* Diary Management, arranging meetings, accepting/declining invitations.
* Book & arrange travel, transport & accommodation.
Directors (3);
* Key contact for internal & external contacts, communication, meetings, events, highlighting anything urgent
* Supporting the Director Of Delivery Meetings, arrange, attend, issue agendas & minutes.
* Manage diary & organise meetings and appointments.
* Produce Monthly Reports/Presentations (typing, compiling & preparing)
* Book & arrange travel, transport & accommodation.
* Diary Management – contact for internal & external contacts
* Arrange Workshops & Events
* Collating and logging expenses & Mileage
Other responsibilities;
* Arrange events, i.e., Annual Dinner, Summer Social, 5 Year Sub-Regional Event, 10 Year Meal (collate attendees/arrange hotel rooms & distribute travel information).
* Arrange & Book External Meeting Rooms
* Support Reception & our Administration Coordinator, providing cover as & when required.
