The Position:
The Project Coordinator will provide scheduling and administrative support to Project Management and the Project Management Office for assigned projects. Working with the PMO Manager, the PMO Lead, and the Project Managers, the Coordinator will offer administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Assist with creating and tracking project schedules in MS Project, ensuring milestones are met throughout the planning phase.
2. Document and share meeting minutes for essential project meetings, including design reviews and weekly updates.
3. Coordinate documentation flow to technical writers for Operational Maintenance Manuals, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
4. Track and expedite materials to align with project timelines, collaborating with procurement as needed.
5. Handle project reports, invoicing for Time & Material projects, and maintain project documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
1. An educational background in Engineering or a related discipline.
2. Skilled in MS Project or similar planning tools, with strong organizational skills.
3. Project coordination experience in technical/industrial settings, with attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-friendly approach.
5. Familiarity with engineering documentation; knowledge of SolidWorks or AutoCAD is an asset.
