About Our Client

Job Description
1. Perform the Order Process including document reception, analyze the assortment presence, uploading on SAP By Design and related follow-up actions.
2. Manage the PO tracker to follow up the deliveries, follow up details with SCM team, and update the clients about potential issues on delivery.
3. Ensure each retailer orders and receives the NPD special product and testers.
4. Work closely with SCM and Finance team to support in the Claim Process, follow up on the credit note creation and process to customer.
5. Creating new account and update in SAP based on retailer needs.
6. Payment follow-up with clients as per requested by Finance department.
7. Take ownership in managing Masterfile and Online Platform Process for NPD.

2. Passionate about consumer goods and FMCG Industry.
3. Must have great attention to detail.
4. Excellent numerate & analytical skills.
5. Excellent MS Excel capability.
6. Fast learner, willing to learn the ERP system.
