Role & Responsibilities - As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, innovative electrical designs as part of a dynamic and collaborative team. Your responsibilities will include: Producing detailed electrical designs using CAD and BIM (Revit) software. Designing bespoke, site-specific electrical systems to meet project requirements. Overseeing and supervising the installation of electrical building systems. Developing maintenance and operating procedures for installed systems. Collaborating with structural engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery. Attending project group meetings and technical discussions. Ensuring designs comply with legislative, health and safety, and sustainability requirements. Providing expert advice to clients and architects on energy use and conservation, helping to reduce environmental impact and carbon footprint. Experience & Skills Required Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Progressing towards Chartership. Membership with CIBSE/IET (or working towards it). Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services design. Proficiency in CAD, BIM (Revit), and other relevant design software. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. What’s On Offer?
