About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Teachers who hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience working with SEND learners. You will play a crucial role in supporting students aged 5 to 18 years who require that extra helping hand to thrive in their educational journey.
What We’re Looking For:
QTS Required: You must have your Qualified Teacher Status.
Experience with SEND: Ideally, you have a background in instructing SEND learners and understand their unique needs.
Passion for Inclusion: You are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all students can succeed, regardless of their challenges.
Behavior Management Skills: You can effectively manage high behavioral challenges and support students in regulating their emotions.
Innovative Mindset: You’re eager to challenge perceptions and help students break through the glass ceilings of what they can achieve.
