Customer Service Coordinator
Salary: IRO £27,000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Early Finish Friday)
Location: Accrington

* Experience in a Customer Service role
* Ability to prioritise your own workload and work under your own initiative
* Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes
* Ability to work in a fast-paced varied environment and under pressure
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be:
* Striving to achieve performance standards for timeliness and accuracy of orders and invoicing
* Processing all incoming sales orders from customers and sales representatives accurately and efficiently
* Reviewing back-order data to determine customer service outputs
* Following the returns process through to refund or exchange
* Daily contact with customers, resolving issues and handling escalated queries
* Supporting the delivery process and liaising between logistics, sales, and warehouse departments
* Maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-up calls
* Liaising with couriers and committed to excellence in all client relationships
* Sales order book management (enabling accurate visibility of order book/due dates)
