Virgin Media O2 is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our broadband network, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities
* Install and maintain broadband network equipment
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues
* Provide excellent customer service
* Work collaboratively with the technical team
Requirements
* UK Manual driving licence
* Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions
* Problem-solving skills and ability to find suitable solutions for customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
