The Growth Company’s (GC) Employment team have an exciting new opportunity for a Resourcer to resource suitable customers from The Growth Company Employment Programmes for vacancies secured by the sales team.
We help to make a lasting difference to the lives of people throughout the North of England and beyond, by supporting individuals to gain meaningful employment.
Our highly skilled advisers and keyworkers work with a range of individuals; from people who have found themselves recently out of work, to those with complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health and debt.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Circulate vacancy advertisements across existing programmes through the sales CRM, activities and e-shots to ensure the number of customers sourced are maximised for vacancies available.
2. Screening CVs and pre-screening candidates to assess suitability to submit for available roles.
3. Update and maintenance of recording on trackers.
4. Update and maintain databases accurately to ensure all activity is recorded.
5. Productions of management information reports and highlight activity and progress.
6. Liaise with internal, external partners and the general public as appropriate, both in person via phone or e-mail in both a professional and informal manner.
7. Deliver exceptional customer service to customers to maximise progressions.
8. Marketing, networking and promotion of service to partner organisations and customers as required.
9. Support with any additional administration duties as required.

2. Experience working within a candidate screening role.
3. Work with various systems, including excel spreadsheets and databases.

5. Willingness to undertake training as required.
6. Understanding of the full recruitment process.
