Main Duties of the job Workforce support and planning Rota management and scheduling ARRS staff Scheduling and organising clinics and staff for acute hub Supporting with Enhanced Access provision when other Operations Officer is not working Quality assurance and reporting Troubleshooting liaising with PCN manager and CD when needed Maintenance of EMIS Clinical Services Estates planning and liaising with practices/other sites for ARRS and PCN staff Management of appointment sessions on clinical system(s) Practice engagement and communications Communicating with practices regarding PCN issues and staffing changes Acute Hub/new recruits/processes for referrals etc Booking cross PCN meetings QOF QI, care homes, prescribing leads, other workstreams that may come up over time Point of contact for PCN queries from practices Contracts and Governance including Data Protection Ensuring contracts and agreements up to date and signed Policies, procedures and protocols ensure complete and updated when required in agreement with PCN manager IT Maintain Clinical system and IT Oversight of SEOxHA email account General administrative support to the Clinical Director and the PCN Executive team Circulating meeting agenda and minutes Minute taking at PCN exec meetings Scheduling meetings Preparation for meetings, general administrative tasks Booking venues and organising refreshments for events etc. Administrative support to General PCN General administrative support to operations manager. Administrative support to Care Homes Coordinator First contact for non-clinical administrative queries including Pharmacy Team Monitoring Pharmacy workload management Care Homes and Housebound Liaise with Care Homes re vaccinations Oversee Housebound bookings for vaccinations
