Adferiad Recovery delivers a flexible and coordinated response to the exceptional circumstances faced by people with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions and related issues. Vulnerable people facing complex life challenges need consistent and seamless support to ensure they remain engaged with vital health and wellbeing services – and to prevent them becoming disenfranchised and isolated.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £28,546.65 per annum
Based at: Llansamlet, Swansea (Or other location by agreement)
Role Purpose:
Working as part of the Business Development & Fundraising team, this role will collaborate with others in the realisation of an ambitious income generating strategy. The role is varied, offering diverse opportunities to secure new, and retain existing, business development opportunities for Adferiad. This will primarily involve, the effective co-ordination, completion, and submission of professional and high-quality funding bids to local authorities, health boards, and grant making organisations; the development of new funding streams; and the mobilisation and implementation of newly secured business.
This role will require working alongside colleagues from departments such as Research and Evaluation, Data, Communications, and Public Affairs this role is an exciting opportunity for those interested in a career within the bid writing profession.
