Job Title: Junior Supply Chain / Customer Service Advisor
We are partnering with a leading brand within the Automotive industry seeking a Junior Supply Chain / Customer Service Advisor to join their high-performing and successful Supply Chain department.

The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle all inbound calls, faxes, and emails in accordance with service level agreements.
2. Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Provide assistance and support to the Supply Chain team as needed.
4. Participate in promoting sales through ‘selling-in’ promotions and incentives.
5. Support telemarketing activities as required.
6. Make proactive calls to customers to foster relationships and sales opportunities.
7. Maximize sales opportunities through up-selling and offering alternatives.
8. Achieve team and individual KPIs.
9. Understand the company's sales strategy and pricing policies.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
11. Maintain high standards of customer care and adhere to quality standards.
12. Participate in regular product knowledge updates to enhance selling effectiveness.
13. Manage stock allocation according to company standards.
14. Understand departmental functions to handle all calls effectively.
15. Continuously improve supply chain processes to enhance customer service levels.
