Your Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of Metocean system projects. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on track and ensure all key deliverables are met.
What You’ll Do:
* Organise and manage project workflows, ensuring efficiency at every stage.
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, coordinating project updates, reports, and meetings.
* Raise and issue purchase orders, tracking orders to ensure timely delivery.
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure materials and components arrive on time and in full.
* Update sales and production teams on order progress to keep everyone aligned.
* Resolve supplier issues, including quality and delivery challenges.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all customer and supplier details are up to date.
* Support the production team with general administration and ad-hoc duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong organisational skills: able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: confident in liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Highly computer literate: comfortable working with project tracking and CRM systems.
* Experience in a coordination or administrative role: preferably in a technical, engineering, or marine-related industry.
* A keen eye for detail: ensuring accuracy in all aspects of project tracking and reporting.
* Ability to analyse data: and report on project progress.
* Commercial awareness: with some experience in supplier and stakeholder management (preferred but not essential).
* A degree (or equivalent experience) in any subject: a background in engineering or technology is a plus but not required.
