Job Description
Hays HR are currently recruiting for HR Manager to work for a professional services company in West Yorkshire on a 12-month FTC.
Duties will include but not limited to:
* Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders within the business.
* Provide first line HR support and advice on all HR issues including employee relations.
* Monitor performance and proactively deal with any performance issues in conjunction with the business.
* Ensure all disciplinary and grievance issues are dealt with in accordance with policy and current employment legislation.
* Monitor absence issues and proactively manage as appropriate.
* Support with succession planning and talent management
* Drive forward a range of initiatives to encourage employee engagement in response to feedback received through the Engagement Survey.
* Review online exit interviews and ensure thorough feedback is communicated to management as appropriate.
* Maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring that they continue to meet changing legislative and business requirements.
* Regular attendance and participation at team meetings.
* Lead and manage delivery of specific projects as necessary to support the implementation of the people agenda. Proactively identify ad hoc projects as necessary.
