Exciting opportunity for a Market Access Manager with a well-established team to support the launch of two new products: Oncology Rare Disease and Digital Therapeutics.
Your role will involve pre-launch activities, submissions, tenders, promotional materials, project management, pricing, and leveraging NHS expertise, which is essential.
This position offers a dynamic work environment with a fantastic team. You will ideally have 4 to 5 years of experience working within Market Access.
Key Accountabilities
* To develop, lead and implement market access strategy, post-HTA and, where appropriate, pricing strategy and tactics that demonstrate the value proposition of the company portfolio at a local level.
* To provide leadership, management and development of a direct report.
* To provide coaching to the market access colleagues to enhance technical knowledge/capabilities and ensure effective implementation of the market access materials.
* Customer strategy planning, development and execution of MA tactics.
* Drive the required payer insights to ensure robust and validated price & reimbursement strategies.
* Develop and ensure implementation of materials that suit the needs of the wider company business and support delivery of key NHS/Health System drivers in line with brand strategy.
* Drive programme development to support the company in achieving sales and market share targets, both in terms of annual budget and shorter term phasing for brands, presentations and indications.

* Oncology and Digital therapeutics focus: Experience in implementing Oncology and Digital Therapeutics in the NHS strongly preferred.
Skills & Experience
* Understanding of tender complexities preferred, but not essential.
* Experience in pre-launch and launch market access planning.
* Understanding of product life cycle from pre-launch to loss of exclusivity.
* 4-5+ years pharmaceutical experience in market access office and/or field roles.
* Strong understanding of adoption and implementation of traditional and novel pharmaceutical products in the NHS.
* Experience in evolution of existing materials and creation of new materials, programmes and resources aligned to identified customer needs for national use to support the field-based market access team.
