We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to support a senior executive in a respected organisation within the not-for-profit sector. The role calls for a resourceful individual who is capable of managing a diverse workload, based in Nuneaton. Description Providing comprehensive support to a senior executive, including diary management. Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs as required. Coordinating meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes. Liaising with stakeholders. Handling confidential information with discretion. Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents for meetings. Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations to support various projects. Arranging travel and accommodation for the executive. Performing other administrative duties as required. Profile A successful Personal Assistant should have: Proficiency in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and accounting software is desirable. A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. An understanding of Property administration is highly desirable. A high level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information Job Offer A competitive salary range of between £29,000 and £32,500 per annum.
