Role Overview: As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our companys network infrastructure to ensure high performance, reliability, and security. This role involves configuring and managing network devices, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and optimising systems for seamless data flow across our operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in designing and deploying network solutions to support business needs. Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices. Conduct regular network performance tuning and ensuring optimization. Implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware. Collaborate with vendors and other IT staff to resolve network problems and improve network performance. Implement and maintain security protocols, including firewall policies, VPN configurations, and intrusion detection systems. Provide level 2 and 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve network issues. Monitor network performance and perform network troubleshooting to diagnose system issues. Perform regular security assessments and vulnerability testing. Participate in network-related projects and collaborate with other IT team members. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, procedures, and changes. On-site basis in either West OR East London (site assigned based on your location). Role Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role. Hands-on experience with Cisco or Meraki network devices and technologies. CCNA and/or CCNP Certified
