This role offers you the chance to work in a small, agile organisation, where your contributions can directly drive major, measurable change for clients.
The Role
·You will report to our Programme Managers and become part of our consulting teams, supporting them in managing their projects and client relationships across the public and private sector. Your role will include opportunities to generate ideas for workshop design, as well as handling administrative tasks to support program delivery.
·We operate on a foundation of mutual trust, offering a flexible work environment dependent on client needs. This is a hybrid role. You can expect to meet team members at least twice a month in Manchester, and the entire team quarterly. Additionally, you will have opportunities to travel to client offices within the UK and beyond for workshops and meetings.All travel expenses to team meetings and client workshops will be covered by Ninety Days.
·This is an entry-level position with the opportunity to be promoted to a Programme Manager role, based on performance.
Ideal Candidate
·An undergraduate degree, with at least 2:1 results
·Working knowledge of MS Office
·An interest in learning and driving meaningful change, and going the extra mile to deliver on client delight
·Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders.
·Ability to commute to Manchester regularly.

·Salary - Entry level competitive (£24k pa)
