Position Overview:
They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead the sales efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the luxury hospitality or catering sector, with a deep understanding of client needs and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service. Lead client meetings and presentations, showcasing our unique offerings and tailoring proposals to meet their requirements.
3. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales goals. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and initiatives that support sales objectives. Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless execution of events and client satisfaction.
5. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance against targets, providing regular reports to senior management. Utilize CRM systems to manage client relationships and track sales activities.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a senior sales role within the luxury hospitality or catering industry.
