* Full Time - Permanent
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Delivery of start-to-end service process for the UK customer base.
* Working to SLA and providing excellent customer service.
* Receiving and managing inbound calls and emails.
* Working closely with the production and sales team to update customers on any delays in deliveries.
* Managing customer accounts and being the first point of contact for any queries, orders, or complaints.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Experience within a customer service/service or sales administration role.
* Experience using an ERP system.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
