Job Description
Working in a hybrid style, based at home and Dundee House, you will work full time, 37 hours per week on a temporary basis for 12 months.

Requirements
You will have three National 4s, or equivalent and relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
You will work in a team responsible for the process, reconciliation and accounting of monies in respect of services to Non-Council finances. You will assist in the provision of day to day support and assistance for all tasks associated with the processing and maintenance of purchase and payment systems.
The Individual
You will have experience and a proven knowledge of ParentPay and CYPAD Online Schools Payment Systems. Be a proficient user of Civica Web Financial Systems, MS Excel and other MS Office packages.
You will also have excellent numeracy, literacy, organisational and communication skills and have the ability to remain focussed with attention to detail and to work under pressure.
You will be able to work within a team or individually with minimum supervision and have a flexible approach to work.
A Basic Scotland Disclosure check is required.
