This school is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher to provide high-quality early years education in a nurturing and stimulating environment. The successful candidate will support young children’s development, fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning. This role begins March 2025. Duties as Nursery Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning. Assess and track children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers. Promote positive behaviour and develop children's confidence and independence. Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and other professionals to support children's learning needs. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care. Ideal Nursery Teacher: A degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a relevant qualification. A recognised teaching qualification (EYTS, QTS, or equivalent). Experience working with children in an early years setting. Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles.
