Product Marketing Manager
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for education and product marketing? Join a well-established organization, that support educators and schools on a global level. I am working to hire a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive the strategy for this companies largest revenue-generating product. This role reports directly to the Director of Product Marketing and involves working closely with a team of eight Product Managers spread across the UK and Australia.
Location: Sheffield (3 days a week in the office)
Salary: up to £60,000 per annum
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy to support growth.
* Streamline product offerings and recommend suitable products to existing customers.
* Lead the marketing strategy for the job board, used by teachers and educational institutions, ensuring high conversion rates and revenue growth.
* Work closely with stakeholders, including the sales team, to achieve set targets.
* Drive campaigns targeting schools and trusts, promoting product use and retention.
* Focus on conversion rates, MQSL (Marketing Qualified Sales Leads), and revenue optimization.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in product marketing, ideally within a B2B environment.
* Strong ability to build and execute product strategies.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in conversion and revenue growth strategies.
Interview Process:
* Three-stage process:
* 30-minute interview with the talent team.
* One-hour interview with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
* One-hour interview with the CMO and sales team, focusing on competency-based assessments.
