An opportunity to become a full time Trainee Dental Nurse on rotation between General Dental Services and Community Dental Services has arisen.
This post will be on a weekly rotation between the two services and the role will be to work clinically chairside with Consultants and Dentists working with both special needs adults and children, and NHS and Private general dentistry.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will need to undertake 1 half day per week at Hull college to obtain their NEBDN qualification. (please note that you must have maths and English grade A-C or equivalent to apply for this role). The ideal candidate will be patient care focused, empathetic, and patient. Speed and manual dexterity are a must for this role.

Qualifications
* GCSE Maths and English grade C or above
* NEBDN Qualification to be undertaken within an agreed timeframe as part of the development role
Knowledge
* Knowledge of a range of administrative procedures
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* Knowledge of Dental Services
* Knowledge of HTM105
Experience
* Experience in reception / front line patient facing environment
* Recent evidence of working in a patient care environment
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Able to adapt to different situations
* Experience of working in a clinical environment
* Dental clinical experience
* Evidence of personal professional development
