We are seeking to appoint a creative, dynamic and self-motivated teacher of Design & Technology with a strong work ethic and the desire to deliver outstanding practice. Ideally, they will join us from the beginning of the summer term, but we are prepared to wait until September 2025 for the right candidate. We offer opportunities to teach classes from Key Stage 3 to A-level and are committed to supporting staff to develop their skills to teach across all key stages.
The successful applicant will be able to enthuse, engage, motivate and challenge students towards raising achievement at all levels, developing a confidence and love of their subject within the young people they teach. They will be committed to continually improving and developing their teaching and learning practice when working alongside colleagues within a supportive department and school team.

* have excellent subject knowledge and a love of their subject
* have a good or developing understanding of an evidence-informed approach to teaching and learning

* are dedicated to raising achievement and can see the potential in all
* have high standards and expectations of themselves, staff and students
