The company is a renowned diesel engine manufacturer, expanding due to recent acquisitions. They are boosting their service team to manage a growing customer base in the area. They offer state-of-the-art equipment, customised tools, a first-rate service management system, and a dedicated training manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and support the customer service and warehouse teams to ensure efficient and error-free order processing.
2. Ensure customer schedules and orders are accurately clarified, acknowledged, and fulfilled.
3. Manage procurement of aftermarket parts and services from requisition to payment using SAP MM.
Candidate Requirements
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Proven experience in procurement, warehouse logistics, or customer service.
* Full proficiency in SAP MM (Materials Management) and a solid understanding of inventory and purchasing workflows.
