Historically we have used third party firms to develop and manage our IT but we now want to recruit an individual in-house who wants to be part of the next stage of our companys development.
About the role
We're looking for a full-time web application developer, located in the UK or the EU, to join our team.
Your day to day role will be to migrate our products to the latest JavaScript based framework and design the back-end data to function at the highest efficiency.
Working with the managers you'll be taking designs for our 3 existing web applications (one written in Next JS) and other 2 are simple HTML based applications and design a single web application. This would involve re-designing the database, the application should be service oriented such that we can navigate seamlessly between our current 3 applications, however taking utmost care that the security requirements of the individual applications is not compromised.
Undertake such additional duties, as directed by your line manager or staff, as appropriate including the day to management of existing applications while they are being transitioned..
Requirements
You will be able to work on your own while at the same time being part of a team. You will be able to work with none IT individuals to be able to convert ideas and concepts into successful web applications.
A minimum of2-3 yearsof experience of React and/or Vue.js, preferably working on a SaaS product.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of database design and experience working with relational database like SQL Server, MySQL or Oracle.
Knowledge of Node JS, TypeScript.
Implement and manageauthenticationandauthorisationmechanisms.
Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Good communication and take initiatives.

Knowledge of Next JS
Knowledge of .Net Core API
What we can offer
We are offering pay circa £32,000 based upon full time employment, together with the following benefits.
We offer a virtual working environment with a contribution to home costs.
Working hours are flexible but with an expectation of 7 hours a days 5 days a week however, depending upon the individual we are flexible to allow personal commitments.
