About the role
ABC Teachers is seeking dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Telford and the surrounding areas. As a Cover Supervisor, you will support the smooth running of schools by delivering pre-set lesson plans and maintaining a positive classroom environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with teaching or classroom management experience looking to gain more experience in education or work on a flexible schedule.
Supervise and manage a classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring that students remain on task.
Maintain a safe and orderly learning environment.
Support students in their learning, responding to questions and managing behaviour effectively.
Report back on the progress and any issues that arise during the lesson.
