Overview:
The B-Hive is an in-house creative agency bringing to life the creative needs of some of the most recognizable brands in the beauty industry including No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle, and Boots own brand. We combine the capability of an external creative and production team, with the speed, flexibility, and in-depth brand knowledge of an in-house set-up, underpinned by years of experience dedicated to Boots and No7 Beauty Company.
The Agency Project Manager is the key connector between the client managers, external agencies, and resource management teams on larger, more complex and/or critical projects. They are responsible for managing and supporting the delivery of assets to brief owner or channel and also connect across agencies including media buying and production to ensure all deliverables are correctly defined, created, and land on time. They report to the Senior Agency Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for creating, owning, and running project plans for larger, more complex and/or critical projects.
2. Build project plans according to established processes, but adapting to specific client and timing.
3. Negotiate resource time and commitment with operations team according to client need.
4. Responsible for ensuring project runs to schedule and deliverables land on time.
5. Supports client manager in project communications, but may need to communicate directly with clients.
6. Involved more directly in checking and delivery of assets to clients and to and from other agencies and media partners across multiple platforms than a conventional project manager.
What you’ll need to have:
1. Project management experience or other appropriate delivery experience in a creative agency or business. Experience working with media buying and planning teams would be a distinct advantage.
2. Demonstrate experience and understanding of digital asset management & delivery.
3. Experience in communications with clients and resource negotiation.
4. Strong ability to understand, map, and plan processes, turning them into robust project plans.
5. Likely to hold a degree, or equivalent apprenticeship or experience in a creative, business, process, or similar field.
6. Comfortable working in a fluid creative environment where plans change rapidly.
