Job Description
A top-tier US litigation law firm, headquartered in Los Angeles, is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join their vibrant London office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Marketing & Business Development Director, Marketing Manager, and global teams, supporting a wide range of marketing and business development initiatives.
* Salary – £35,000-£40,000 per annum
* Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)*
* Working hours – 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility to occasionally work overtime to meet time sensitive deadlines)
Marketing Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the execution of marketing strategies to enhance the Firm’s profile, as well as the profiles of practice areas and industry groups
* Support the development and delivery of RFP responses, client pitches, and presentations to key clients and referral sources
* Aid in preparing submissions for directories and rankings (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500, Law360, American Lawyer)
* Create, edit, and update internal and external publications, as well as marketing materials
Marketing Coordinator Key Skills & Requirements:
* 1-2 years of marketing or business development experience in a law firm or professional services
* Degree educated or a recognised marketing qualification
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of online newswire services, media tracking tools, internet resources, and website marketing
* Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and marketing automation systems, such as Pardot (or similar platforms)
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail, and to maintain confidentiality
*The successful candidate will be expected to be in 4 days during their probationary period
