Job Description
Join our team as a Paid Social Manager and lead the development and execution of our paid social strategy. Your expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and optimisation will be pivotal in driving growth and maximising ROI across all channels. Collaborating closely with internal Digital teams and clients, you will be responsible for managing campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implementing new strategies to stay ahead of client competition. There is the opportunity for this role to grow into a performance marketing position.
Responsibilties:
* Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
* Manage and optimise paid search, social media, and display advertising campaigns to meet KPIs and ROI targets.
* Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimisation and improvement.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and messaging.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to maximise campaign effectiveness.
* Manage budgets and forecasting for performance marketing campaigns.
* Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance and user experience alongside our Digital team.
* Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and more.
* Continuously evaluate and improve the customer journey and user experience across all marketing channels.
* Collaborate with internal and external Finance teams to faciliate invoicing and billing processes for clients, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Requirements
* 3 years of experience in digital marketing
* Strong analytical skills
* Expertise in performance marketing channels (primarily Meta and TikTok)
* Experience managing large advertising budgets
* Proven ability to drive ROI and revenue growth
* Experience with A/B testing and optimization
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Experience working in fast-paced environments
* Ability to adapt to changing market conditions
