Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Continuing Healthcare Team. We are looking for highly motivated, compassionate, and skilled nurses in the field of General Nursing (RGN), Mental Health Nursing (RMN) and Learning Disability Nursing (RNLD) who can work autonomously and collaboratively in a busy role to support the team, individuals, and their representatives in the assessment and review process of NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and NHS-Funded Nursing Care (FNC). You will be responsible for ensuring that comprehensive, person-centred assessments are undertaken so CHC and FNC eligibility can be determined. You must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council for one of the above professions.
