SALES DIRECTOR, NOTTING HILL Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a well-known agency who specialise in the sale and rental of London property. They are searching for a sales director for their Notting Hill branch. This role will suit a highly experienced sales director who is looking to join a successful office in prime central London. Duties/functions of the role: Achieving Budget Management and business structure Staff management and development Performance against key activity targets including referrals Business creation in all key areas Personal Client Visit generation Property register management Client Visit to instruction conversion personally and for the branch Operational Audit adherence Brand guidance adherence Potential log & Opportunity log standards NG notes standards Client Standards Branch Pre-Client Visit database development Branch phone call activity levels - dashboard Sales core priorities Third Party income generation Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar high leadership role within the real estate industry. Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating teams across multiple locations.
