Job Title: Nursery Nurse Location: North West England, Lancashire, Blackpool Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £12.85 - £13.50 Per hour Job Duties: Supervise and care for children in a nursery setting with in a Blackpool Primary School Plan and implement age-appropriate activities Promote the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of children Monitor and record children's progress and behaviour Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues Required Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent Valid DBS check or willingness to apply for one First Aid training Education: Minimum of Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent Experience: Previous experience working in a nursery or similar setting Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of child development principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Organisational and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications: Paediatric First Aid certificate Experience working with children with special educational needs Working Conditions: This role involves working with children in a nursery environment. The work may be physically demanding at times. The Nursery Nurse may be required to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
