As a Producer, you’ll work closely with their existing team, bringing your expertise and organisational finesse to manage a wide variety of projects. About Feed Films Feed Films are a production company that makes an exciting array of short form premium branded content for a diverse selection of brands. Our primary focus is specialising in national PR campaign films as well as retail content for the toys and games industry. We are looking for a Producer with 5 years experience, who can manage projects from ideation through to production, and delivery. You’ll have worked with agencies and direct to brand and have experience directing small scale shoots. We’re looking for an enthusiastic team player who will thrive in our fast paced environment and can juggle a variety of projects, including live shoots, animation and CGI production. Role and Responsibilities Delivery of premium films, on budget and on time Working with clients to develop briefs and set budgets Overseeing the creative and production process from brief to delivery Client management across projects Assisting in creative development, writing scripts for PR and social content Directing small scale shoots Organising production paperwork and following company processes Maintaining up to date reconciliation of budgets for margin tracking and reporting Monthly updates on budget status to the finance team Maintaining and growing a black book of freelancers, creatives, directors and editors Responsible for recruitment and paperwork related to freelance staff Requirements Skills and Experience 5 years experience in-house at an agency or production company Experience producing PR films, social and branded content Directing experience on small projects Budgeting, scheduling and project management across projects Excellent organisational skills and time management A strong eye for detail ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standard IT skills using google suite (slides, docs, sheets) Overseeing multiple productions at different stages of development Recruiting and managing freelance teams on a project by project basis Personal Qualities and Communication Highly organised and self-motivated A people person, facilitating lines of communication between clients, creatives, production teams and post production staff Proactive approach, going the extra mile to get things done A passion for storytelling and making great content, making every project an opportunity to make the best work possible A solution based attitude thriving on solving problems A positive outlook - taking work (and play) seriously Benefits Hybrid working - work from home and our office in Old Street Up to £400 allowance for your home working set up 25 days of leave to start with an extra day of leave after each year of employment (capped at 35) Vitality private healthcare Eye care allowance 2 pensions schemes - choose which one suits you best Life Assurance Travel Insurance Client and candidate referral schemes Christmas and Summer part a weekend away each autumn Regular drinks and team catch ups
