If you thrive on managing tasks, streamlining processes, and providing excellent support, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Sourcing candidates from databases based on client requirements Using Salesforce to manage data Creating job adverts, based on clients needs and requirements Support the operations team with reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking. Liaise with clients and team members to ensure effective communication and to gather feedback in regards to the recruitment processes Manage incoming queries from clients via email and messaging, providing analysis and solutions based on data Tracking data from different sources and adverts, in order to manage recruitment spend and assess their effectiveness Key Requirements: Experience not required, however experience using Salesforce and managing data would be ideal Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word and excel, as well as google suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills, for communication with clients, team members and writing ads Ability to work independently as this is a remote role and will require you to manage your own tasks and time Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
