Main duties of the job
A forward thinking and innovative member and leader of our People Directorate delivering our People Plan and our transformational programme. Able to deputise across the entire portfolio of the Chief People and Culture Officer with the ability to build credibility with, inspire confidence and demonstrably influence staff at all levels across our diverse services.

* Professional / academic qualification at masters level or equivalent experience
* MCIPD qualified or equivalent experience
