JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator
LOCATION: Swanley (Rural location so driving is essential)
START: ASAP
SALARY: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour
TERM: Temporary
HOURS: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (35 hours per week)

The day-to-day duties in your new job would be:
1. Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project objectives and requirements.
3. Coordinate and schedule project team meetings, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members.
4. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues.
5. Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
6. Support the project manager in tracking project costs and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
7. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for streamlining and implementing best practices.
10. Assist in the evaluation of project outcomes and participate in post-project reviews.

1. Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
5. Ability to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing.
6. Systematic and thorough working approach with the ability to work independently.
7. Immediate availability and happy to commit to a temporary position.
