Blue Arrow is currently recruiting an experienced quality Chef De Partie for our high-end client in Aberdeen. This exciting opportunity is a temporary role, but could potentially be ongoing.

Responsibilities:
* Preparing Menus: Collaborate with colleagues to create menus.
* Supplies Management: Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
* Ingredient Preparation: Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (such as vegetables and spices).
* Recipe Execution: Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and contribute to new ways of presentation or dishes.
* Optimising Cooking Process: Put effort into optimising the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.
* Health and Hygiene Standards: Enforce strict health and hygiene standards.
* Cooperation: Help maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation.
What we need from you:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Food & Hygiene Certificate (Can be provided if necessary)
* Strong communication skills
* Availability & Reliability
