What Youll Do:
As the Global Key Account Manager Specialty Chemicals, you will lead the creation of a collaborative environment between Lubrizol and its global customers to provide winning solutions, grow the market, and increase Lubrizols market share. Your role will involve defining and shaping new opportunities to meet Lubrizols growth objectives, influencing the deployment of internal resources, and working with opinion formers to drive market change.

Develop and manage relationships with global customers and partners in the lubricants and fuels industries to understand their business needs and market appropriate products.

Maintain overall responsibility for customer relationships, including board:level interactions.

Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activities, and relay this information internally to identify product development opportunities and create new value.

Lead the development of the global account strategy and planning with the relevant regional account managers and other stakeholders involved.

Develop and drive sales and business growth strategies for your key:accounts while achieving sales targets and delivering the business plan to agreed metrics.

Negotiate global pricing and maintain framework agreements.

Ensure accurate and timely forecasts and project plans and provide sales inputs for the demand planning process.

Share market insights and update CRM and other databases as required.
