You will be expected to teach up to three classes, with appropriate training and mentoring support. As well as coaching sport in the afternoon and on match days, you will also have the opportunity to tutor in one of our sixteen Boarding Houses. Marlborough’s vibrant community of Graduate Assistants are an invaluable part of College life; supporting pupils within and beyond the classroom. A key element of this rewarding opportunity is to encourage and mentor pupils on and off campus ensuring that their health, safety and welfare are protected. You will be a key member of a specific teaching department, chosen to match your degree specialism and interests. You will ideally have an enthusiasm and interest in sport, be energetic, and have a natural rapport with young people as well as a genuine interest in, and commitment to, their care and development.
