As a Holiday Club Manager, you'll oversee daily operations during school holidays, plan activities, manage staff, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children.
You will be responsible for:
* Designing and leading creative, age-appropriate activities that align with developmental frameworks.
* Promoting child-led play and encouraging children’s involvement in planning activities.
* Maintaining supervision and ensuring adherence to safeguarding policies.
* Conducting risk assessments and implementing health and safety protocols.
* Leading, motivating, and providing support to a team of playworkers.
* Overseeing the daily schedule and ensuring the smooth delivery of all activities.
* Attending meetings, training sessions, and other events as required.
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as a Club Manager, Playworker, Nursery Nurse, or in a similar role.
* At least 3 years’ experience in childcare and 1 year in a supervisory role.
* Ideally hold a Level 3/4 qualification in childcare, education, or a related field.
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* A good understanding of safeguarding, EYFS, and health and safety regulations.
