Some of your duties will include:
* Managing complaints received from tenants and members which are covered under Property Redress Scheme.
* Receiving and handling complaints ensuring that all KPI’s and timescales are managed during the process.
* Collecting all relevant complaint evidence and information to help resolve complaints.
* Managing own case files and progressing cases through each stage of the process.
* Providing advice to complaints and members by telephone and email with the aim of resolving issues.
* Communicating with Letting Agents, leasehold management companies, landlords, and tenants.
