Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

The Role:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring an outstanding service experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound customer queries via phone and email
Providing product/service information and resolving issues efficiently
Processing orders and updating customer accounts accurately
Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintaining excellent customer relationships through proactive communication
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
A positive and proactive approach to work
