Our client based in the heart of the Hitchin industrial estate is currently recruiting for Manufacturing Operatives to join its operation. Working within an experienced & growing team, Successful candidates will be provided with full training on the process from start to finish with regular opportunities to develop and gain a permanent contract after successful trial period.
Job Duties
* Adding raw materials into machinery to customer requirements
* Ensuring that all machinery is running and noting any errors to technical team
* Working to company Health & safety standards at all times
* Working as part of a friendly experienced team
Working hours
* Monday to Friday weekly rotating shift patterns of 06:00am - 14:15pm & 14:00pm - 22:15pm
* Optional overtime available both during the week and at weekends
Pay Rates
* £12.25 for the first 40 hours worked Monday - Friday increasing to £13.62 per hour after 12 weeks continuous service
* £18.38 per hour for any hours completed 40+ Monday to Friday
* £24.50 per hour for all hours completed on Saturdays and Sundays
