As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance across paid media, SEO, and marketplace channels, ensuring my clients online presence continues to grow in visibility and effectiveness. You will manage and optimise PPC campaigns, develop and execute SEO strategies, and oversee marketplace efforts to ensure that my clients products are performing optimally across third-party platforms. This is a dynamic role that requires a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and marketplace expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Paid Media Campaign Strategy Creation & Execution – Create, execute and optimise my clients paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and AMS to meet customer acquisition and sales targets.
* SEO Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve my clients search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and increase visibility across key target markets.
* On-page & Off-page SEO: Conduct regular SEO audits, optimise website content for search engines, and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority. Keyword Research: Identify high-performing keywords for both paid media and SEO, ensuring a strategic approach to targeting the most relevant and profitable terms.
* Affiliate Marketing: responsible for managing our affiliate program and developing meaningful, strategic partnerships to drive traffic to our websites.
* Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of PPC and SEO efforts, providing regular reports on key metrics such as CPA, ACoS, ROAS, organic traffic, keyword rankings, and search visibility.
* Campaign Optimization: Conduct ongoing testing and optimisation of paid media campaigns, adjusting bids, budgets, and creatives to maximise results while ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
* Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product marketing, creative, and social teams to align digital marketing efforts with business goals and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
* Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest developments in both paid media and SEO, applying new techniques and strategies to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
* Team Management & Development: As a senior member of the team, you will support development for other members
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience of working in a performance marketing role for a retail business
* Excellent understanding and platform knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
* Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, link building, and keyword research.
* Proven track record of optimising paid media campaigns and improving search rankings to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and performance improvements.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
* A passion for digital marketing with a proactive approach to learning and staying up to date with industry trends.
