Reports to: Head of Sales
Location: Gloucester
Full time – 37.5 hours per week
£50,000 basic salary per annum
£6,000 car allowance per annum
Business travel expenses paid

Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for the full P&L deck for your defined territory
* Responsible for the delivery of your Territories sales KPI’s, in line with the business goals
* Create the sales plan for your Territory, to ensure each Area achieves it’s KPI’s and P&L budget for the year
* Deliver the recruitment strategy for your defined Territory
* Coach, manage and support your team of Field Sales Managers and their respective teams to achieve their KPI’s and P&L budget for the year
* Complete regular coaching visits and evidence your support via company observational tools
* Ability to present your Territory business plan to the senior leadership team and the wider business
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* A full UK driving license
* Access to a vehicle that meets our safety specifications
* Minimum 3 years sales management experience
* Evidence of coaching in a sales environment
* Ability to close sales via door to door selling to demonstrate best practice
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office365 program suite
