We are seeking a Paint Technician who is experienced within Prep and Polishing to join an automotive supplier in Banbury working to bespoke specifications showcasing world:class standards and finesse.
What the job entails:
In this role, you will showcase your skills in preparation and application of high:quality paint finishes on a range of components, with quality at the forefront of results.
You will be responsible for the paint lifecycle of luxury vehicles working to bespoke and custom specifications : This position is ideal for those with a broad range of skills including preparation, spray application, tinting, and colouring, ensuring the application of base coasts, primers, lacquers, and finishes.

Working hours:
We understand that every individuals circumstances are different : with this in mind, you can take your pick of two shifts which will be fixed for you to allow a better work:life balance to suit your needs
* Lates: 2pm : 10pm (Monday : Friday)
* Nights: 10pm : 6am (Sunday : Thursday)

Who is the ideal person?
* Experienced in conducting full re:sprays and necessary repairs using various spraying techniques.
* Ability a range of basecoats, primers, lacquers, and finishes.
* Skilled in working with Carbon Fibre material.
* Experienced working with a variety of systems including but not limited to; Water and solvent based, Solid and two:pack, Metallics, 3 stage Pearlescent, and Matte lacquer finishes.
* A desire and knack for painting vehicles which are flawless with no drip marks, tear backs or defects.
