Job Description
The Group Controls Accountant will be a key member of the Group Finance team, with the main purpose of the role being to manage and take ownership of the business control framework for the Group.
As Group Controls Accountant, you will have responsibility for the implementation of the framework across Rotork subsidiaries, monitoring changes in applicable corporate governance and other internal audit regulatory requirements to ensure the Group control environment is robust, effective, and compliant.
This role would suit an ambitious qualified accountant keen to develop and expand their experience in a controls environment.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
1. Degree educated and qualified accountant
2. Well-developed influencing and senior stakeholder engagement and management skills
3. Experience of financial management for a major transformation programme
4. Ability to identify process improvements and embed change

1. Will be highly motivated possessing an ability to work independently
2. Will be highly organised, flexible, and focused with an easy ability to prioritise
