£40,000 - £50,000 plus commission

Our client is a UK based manufacturer of high-quality bespoke products that serves mainly the construction, marine, oil & gas, and automotive industries. They have been in business for over 45 years with a turnover of £6.5M and are entering an exciting new phase of growth. They currently sell all across the world and are known for high quality on-time products that see a high level of returning customers.
To help support this new phase, our client is seeking an Internal Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a small sales team in the construction industry.
2. Support and develop the sales team.
3. Investigate new avenues of sales and product development.
4. Manage processes and systems around developing business.
5. Maintain a large database of live and dormant contacts.
