Digital Marketing Executive
This role presents a great opportunity for individuals wishing to develop a career within a successful, long-established business.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Supporting the Marketing Manager and marketing team with all company marketing activities.
2. Managing social media pages by posting updates and responding to comments and messages.
3. Managing customer enquiries via digital channels to direct to appropriate teams within Armatile, ensuring timely and accurate responses are provided.
4. Liaising with sales teams to generate ideas for digital content and campaigns.
5. Coordinating all social media channels in a consistent ‘on brand’ voice in line with our high standards.
6. Creating and delivering artwork and copy for digital and traditional channels.
7. Creating copy and managing email marketing campaigns.
8. Using analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns.
9. Taking responsibility for KPIs attached to marketing campaigns, ensuring they are measured accurately and achieved.
10. Supporting marketing, showroom, and design team with graphic design.
11. Website management.
12. Supporting the team on the creation of photography/video content from planning stage through to content shoots.
13. Assisting in the planning, management and delivery of marketing events.
14. Other activities as required by the Marketing Manager.
Skills and Experience
1. Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent field plus 1 year of experience in a Marketing role OR 3 years of experience in a Marketing role.
2. Experience in writing content for a brand across multi social and digital media platforms.
3. Experience in managing social media campaigns.
4. Experience with B2B & B2C social media, Google AdWords, and email campaigns.
5. Ability to engage and liaise with key stakeholders such as media, influencers, and agencies.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Strong ability to prioritize and manage workload.
8. Ability to cope in a busy and challenging environment.
9. Excellent time management skills.
10. Innovative and creative.
11. An eye for detail and precision.
12. Skilled and proficient in Microsoft packages and Adobe Creative Suite.
13. Ability to work effectively within a team.
